Privacy Policy — The Awakening Summit

1. Who we are

The Awakening Summit LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New York, organises the Awakening Summit events and operates theawakeningsummit.org and shop.theawakeningsummit.org. 2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the event, answer you, and fulfil your orders:

When you contact us — your name, email address and your message.
When you buy a ticket — your name, email address, the ticket type, and an order reference.
When you submit a question for the Summit — your name, email address, your question and your order reference.
When you order from the shop — your name, email address, delivery address, and the items ordered including design and size.
At the event — if your ticket QR code is scanned on arrival, we record that the ticket has been used.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are entered directly with our payment provider, Stripe.

3. How we use your information

To fulfil ticket and merchandise orders.
To send confirmations, tickets and order updates.
To answer enquiries and questions submitted for the Summit.
To send event news and updates, where you have asked to receive them.
To manage admission and keep a record of attendance.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers we need to run the event and the shop:

Stripe — to process payments securely.
Resend — to deliver our emails.
Our fulfilment partner — for merchandise orders, we pass your name, delivery address and order details to the supplier who makes and ships your items directly to you.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this site. We store a small amount of data in your browser purely so the site works properly, such as keeping the contents of your shopping basket. Clearing your browser data removes it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries and questions are kept for as long as we need them to respond and for our records. Ticket and order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email info@theawakeningsummit.org.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to object to or restrict how we use your information, the right to data portability, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and access to order and enquiry data is limited to those who need it to run the event.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Under-16s attending an event should be booked for by a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a revised date at the top.
