The Dunes Foyer — the main entrance and exit of the event. It’s the room everyone walks through, so it’s a high-traffic, high-visibility spot.
One 6-foot table and 2 chairs. A tablecloth is available on request — just ask and we’ll sort it.
Need electricity for your setup — a card reader, screen or lighting? Power is available on request; just let us know what you need and we’ll get it arranged.
You can begin setting up from 12:00 PM on Thursday, October 15, ahead of the Summit opening on the Friday.
Valet only — $10 per day, or $20 overnight. Worth factoring in when you’re planning how much to bring.
Meals and drinks are not provided for booth staff, so please plan to bring your own or grab something during the day.
Your vendor table does not include entry to the Summit — event tickets are purchased separately if you’d like to attend the sessions.
Want to enjoy the talks and panels too? A 3-day pass gets you into all the sessions — and you can simply add one when you pay for your table.
Staying over? Rooms at the Wyndham Grand, Clearwater Beach are available at the Summit’s special discounted rate.
