The terms that apply to our website, tickets and events.

These terms apply to your use of theawakeningsummit.org and to any ticket, merchandise or donation purchased from us. By using this site or buying a ticket, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or attend our events.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Awakening Summit LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New York.
Tickets are non-refundable except where set out below or where required by law. If you can no longer attend, please contact tickets@theawakeningsummit.org as early as you can — we will do what we can to help, including transferring your ticket to someone else where possible.
The speaker line-up, schedule and programme are subject to change. Speakers may withdraw or be replaced for reasons outside our control, and this alone is not grounds for a refund.
If we cancel the event entirely, you will be offered a refund of the ticket price or a transfer to the rescheduled date. If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Where a meal is included with your ticket, such as the VIP dinner on Saturday 17 October from 7–9pm, it is served at the time shown in the event schedule. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements in advance by emailing hospitality@theawakeningsummit.org so we can pass these to the venue.
We want the Summit to be welcoming and safe for everyone. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is abusive, threatening, disruptive, under the influence to the point of causing a nuisance, or who breaches the venue's rules — in these cases no refund will be given. Please also follow any instructions given by event staff or venue security.
Our events are photographed and filmed, and sessions may be streamed or published online. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to those recordings being used by us in coverage, promotion and future publications, without payment.
If you would prefer not to appear, please speak to a member of the team on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you. Attendees may take personal photos, but recording sessions for commercial use or redistribution is not permitted without our written permission.
Items bought from our shop are sold subject to our Shipping & Returns policy.
Donations are voluntary, are used to support the running of the Summit, and are non-refundable.
Views and opinions expressed by speakers, panellists and contributors are their own. They do not necessarily reflect the views of The Awakening Summit, its organisers, sponsors or partners.
The content on this site — including text, branding, graphics and video — belongs to us or to our contributors, and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including travel or accommodation costs, arising from changes to the event or from your attendance.
You are responsible for your own belongings while at the venue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York.
